Design and build services
Although we mainly do our own projects on spec we do offer a design and build service to interested parties. We can offer a fully managed service using our in house designers to take care of every part of a project for our client.This starts with production of drawings and obtaining necessary planning and building regulation approval. This then follows through to project management and if required the undertaking of construction works. All for one price taking the strain away from the self builder or property developer.
We can also perform any of the above roles in a stand alone capacity. We are NHBC registered house builders and NIC EIC (Part P building regulations) registered electrical contractors and can therefore supply all the certificates and guarantees that this allows and the law requires. We are also able to undertake extensions if required.
