Renovation - Grange Homes are willing to undertake the most challenging renovations, restoring properties to their former glory or converting existing properties into multiple dwellings.  The Grange Homes portfolio boasts some very successful renovation/conversions including individual renovation on Apartments, Terraced houses ,Barns, Bungalows and detached properties and conversion of terraced housing, detached property, Grade II listed buildings  and hotels into multiple dwellings or private apartments .
