Most Recent Developments

The most recent of our projects was The Old Edwardian. This was a conversion of a 50 room hotel into 4 luxuriously appointed apartments in the heart of Newquay, Cornwall.  Each was cleverly designed to make the best of the breathtaking views across the Atlantic, and all are completely exclusive in design, giving four beautiful bespoke apartments.

The experience of Grange Homes really shows in these properties. Techniques old and new have been used to create a warm but modern feel. Solid oak floors throughout and Jureselum stone in the bathrooms, complement the high standard of work and design. Modern appliances and technology such as a fully integrated audio system and networking blend well with the natural look of this stunning property.

Grange homes have also brought their wealth of experience in safety to this project, with the application of the most modern of sprinkler systems. The system covers every inch of the building with each sprinkler being completely independent of one another, thus reducing potential water and fire damage.
